BLUE SWIMMER CRAB

INGREDIENTS

  • blue swimmer crab, halved and all inedible portions removed (keep in the shell)
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp kecap manis
  • ½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped

METHODS

  • Step 1 Place a wok over the flame of the OzPig.
  • Add all ingredients to the wok and toss together, cook for 5-10 minutes.
