BLUE SWIMMER CRAB
INGREDIENTS
- blue swimmer crab, halved and all inedible portions removed (keep in the shell)
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 lemon
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 2 kaffir lime leaves, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp kecap manis
- ½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped
METHODS
- Step 1 Place a wok over the flame of the OzPig.
- Add all ingredients to the wok and toss together, cook for 5-10 minutes.
