BURGERS
INGREDIENTS
- 500g Beef mince
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp onion jam
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- ¼ cup Bread crumbs
- For the burgers;
- 3 brioche buns
- Ashgrove bush pepper cheese
- Dill pickles
- Rocket leaves
- Onion jam
METHODS
- Step 1 add beef mince and salt to a bowl, bring together with fingertips. Add remaining pattie ingredients and knead together. Roll into bun size burgers.
- Step 2 Place burgers over the grill of the OzPig, cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- To serve, layer burger by placing the patty down first and top with cheese, onion jam, rocket leaves, dill pickles and top with brioche buns.
