BURGERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g Beef mince
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp onion jam
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • ¼ cup Bread crumbs
  • For the burgers;
  • 3 brioche buns
  • Ashgrove bush pepper cheese
  • Dill pickles
  • Rocket leaves
  • Onion jam

METHODS

  • Step 1 add beef mince and salt to a bowl, bring together with fingertips. Add remaining pattie ingredients and knead together. Roll into bun size burgers.
  • Step 2 Place burgers over the grill of the OzPig, cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.
  • To serve, layer burger by placing the patty down first and top with cheese, onion jam, rocket leaves, dill pickles and top with brioche buns.
