• 500g lamb mince
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tin red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • Old El Paso taco seasoning
  • Old El Paso Chili seasoning
  • For the salsa;
  • 1 tomato, deseeded and diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, diced
  • 1 lime
  • ½ bunch coriander, roughly chopped
  • Corn Chips, to serve


  • Step 1 In a wok over the flame of the OzPig, add lamb mince, frying until mince is mostly brown. Add in spice mixes and kidney beans, simmer until meat has caramelised. Season with salt and add chopped tomatoes, simmer for a further 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2 For the salsa; Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir together.
  • To serve, place chilli into a bowl and top with salsa. Serve with corn chips.
