• 500g lamb mince
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • 1 tbsp. cumin
  • 1 tbsp. coriander
  • pinch of salt
  • crack of pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 6 hot dog buns
  • American mustard


  • Combine lamb, pistachios, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion salt in a bowl, massage with hands. Once combined, shape the mince around the skewer into a hotdog shape and place on the Oz Pig Grill Plate until cooked through.
  • Make the salad by combining mint, parsley, red onion and lemon juice in a bowl. Place the salad in sliced hot dog buns followed by the lamb bratwurst, top with American mustard.
