MUSSELS WITH CIDER

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chilli chopped into rounds
  • 1 knob butter
  • 1 drizzle oil
  • 2 tomatoes de-seeded and diced
  • 2 shallots diced
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • ½ bottle cider
  • 1 dozen mussels
  • 1 dash cream
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 bunch parsley

METHODS

  • Step 1 Into the Ozpig Dutch oven combine the chilli, butter, oil, tomatoes, shallots, and garlic. Cook for around 3 minutes before adding the cider and mussels.
  • Step 2 Place the lid on the Ozpig dutch oven and allow to steam for around 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the lid and add the cream and lime juice.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and parsley just before serving.
