SALAMI & TUNA PASTA
INGREDIENTS
- 50g Salami roughly chopped
- ¼ cups sun dried tomatoes
- 1 chilli roughly chopped
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- ¼ cup mixed pitted olives
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes cut into halves
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 pinch rosemary
- 1 can tuna drained
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 Packet penne pasta cooked to al dente
- 1 lemon juiced
METHODS
- Step 1: Into a hot pan add salami, sun dried tomatoes, chilli, garlic, olives, cherry tomatoes, and capers. Cook for approximately 3 minutes before adding thyme, rosemary and tuna. Fold in and then add pasta sauce.
- Step 2: Scoop the pasta straight into the pan with the sauce using a slotted spoon. Cook for around 2 minutes before adding lemon juice.
