SALAMI & TUNA PASTA

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g Salami roughly chopped
  • ¼ cups sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 chilli roughly chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • ¼ cup mixed pitted olives
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes cut into halves
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 1 pinch rosemary
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 1 Packet penne pasta cooked to al dente
  • 1 lemon juiced

METHODS

  • Step 1: Into a hot pan add salami, sun dried tomatoes, chilli, garlic, olives, cherry tomatoes, and capers. Cook for approximately 3 minutes before adding thyme, rosemary and tuna. Fold in and then add pasta sauce.
  • Step 2: Scoop the pasta straight into the pan with the sauce using a slotted spoon. Cook for around 2 minutes before adding lemon juice.
