BUSH COOKING: Jess’s Fish Tacos

INGREDIENTS
- Couple of fish fillets
 - Tortillas
 - Olive Oil
 - Salt & pepper
 - Paprika
 - Cumin
 - Bit of chilli
 - Lime juice
 - Avocado
 - Garlic
 - Pre-chopped coleslaw
 - Honey
 - Mayonnaise
 - Fresh coriander
 - Sliced capsicum
 
METHODS
Fish:
- Preheat your frypan
 - Drizzle oil onto fish, then season to taste with some salt and pepper, paprika, cumin, chilli, and lime juice, then mix until the fish is coated
 - Lube up your pan with some oil, then fry the fish fillets
 
Guacamole:
- Cut up an avocado into a small bowl
 - Add some lime juice,1 clove of garlic (finely chopped), and season with some more salt & pepper
 - Mash it all up with a fork, and set aside
 
Coleslaw:
- Pour your bag of pre-made coleslaw into a large bowl
 - Add some honey, a couple of big spoonfuls of mayo, and the juice of half a lime, and a heap of coriander (if you’re into coriander), then mix it all together
 
Tortillas & Assembly:
- Lightly fry your tortillas until they start to puff up
 - Break fish into smaller pieces and place a few on each tortilla
 - Add a couple of strips of capsicum, and some coleslaw
 - Then top with a spoon of guacamole, and Enjoy!
