MUSSELS WITH CIDER
INGREDIENTS
- 1 chilli chopped into rounds
 - 1 knob butter
 - 1 drizzle oil
 - 2 tomatoes de-seeded and diced
 - 2 shallots diced
 - 2 cloves garlic chopped
 - ½ bottle cider
 - 1 dozen mussels
 - 1 dash cream
 - 1 lime juiced
 - 1 bunch coriander
 - 1 bunch parsley
 
METHODS
- Step 1 Into the Ozpig Dutch oven combine the chilli, butter, oil, tomatoes, shallots, and garlic. Cook for around 3 minutes before adding the cider and mussels.
 - Step 2 Place the lid on the Ozpig dutch oven and allow to steam for around 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the lid and add the cream and lime juice.
 - Garnish with fresh coriander and parsley just before serving.
